ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

We work with a fully end-to-end carbon neutral printing partner (theprintspace.com), so all prints (and their delivery) are certified carbon neutral.

All papers are sourced from sustainable forest management areas. Packaging materials have been carefully selected to reduce the impact on the environment whilst still ensuring your artwork gets to you in perfect condition. Plastics are kept to a minimum and all packaging materials are sustainably sourced, being a mixture of recycled, recyclable or biodegradable materials. You can read more about this here.

All orders are wrapped and packed securely to prevent the artwork being damaged in delivery.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route, via Royal Mail, Deutsche Post, DHL, TNT or UPS.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES

If you are outside the UK/Europe, you may be charged taxes and duties when your parcel arrives in the country. This is your responsibility to pay. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office to find out more.
